I am 60 years old and was fired for the first time in my life 6/30/10.  It has devistated me and I feel as though I have lost some of my confidence.  When I leave an interview, I have all negative thoughts of what I did wrong, how I sat, how the interviewer responded.  I have been overweight all my life and have discovered I have gained an extra 7 pounds in the 7 months since I lost my job.  I saw Dr. Phil today and want to join the 17 day Diet Challenge.  I will also watch your show tomorrow.
