I am a 41 yr old mother of a 20 yr old & 16 yr old.  I recently have applied for custody of my 20 month old granddaughter.  It is very hard and exhausting but it is the best thing for Mylah :)...that is all that counts!

  I acquired 3 stepchildren when I married my current husband.  They are Jason 32, Aprille 30, & Heather 25.  We have become a huge loving family with some bumbs in the road at times.   In all...we have 5 children and 10 grandchildren.

My husband and I are so very overwhelmed with taking care of Mylah and my two daughters that we have done the unthinkable!  lol....We have totally let ourselves go.  We are exhausted, mentally and physically. We need some serious work out and nutrition help or we are afraid we are going to die early.  That can't happen because we are raising this sweet lil girl that depends on us...we can't let her down.

If by any chance you have a show like dr phil does where he takes people, locks them in a healthy house with workoiuts to help them achieve goals....please thing of us.  your panel knows everything about anything lol lol for real.  help us be normallll lol
