AutismFear doesn't have much here yet. Stay tuned.

About Me

My son is 18 months old and doesn't show any signs of autism BUT I STRONGLY AGREE there is a link between genetics, environment, vaccines & autism. I also agree in alternative medicine for treating autism! The world we are all a part of is more concerned about making money rather than keeping our children safe!

My son was following "my schdeule" for his vaccines which was spacing them out, splitting up combo's and giving only ONE per visit BUT I'm not even comfortable with that anymore so as of now he will not be getting ANY MORE VACCINES!  I'm NOT willing to chance my childs health with TOXIC OVERLOAD!

There is only 2 states in the U.S that mandates vaccines otherwise IT'S THE PARENTS CHOICE!!!!

Are you still getting e-mail from the Autism Board?

whattodo

Hey Autismfear....so I think you and I are in the same boat and probably many others...  My only concern or question is now that I have had the first round of Hep B, DTap, Roto, HIB and PC...what happens when I stop and what happens if, when he is 3-4 yo I want to continue.  Do you know if I'd have to start the series over or start where I left off??  Thanks for all your comments on the board.

When did you uncheck the boxes?  Could the mails you are getting possibly be residual?  The site has been quite busy and the mail system might be lagging a bit.

Also you can try rebooting your web browser and logging back in to see if that helps reset your account after the changes.

Please let me know in 30 minutes if you are still getting e-mails.

To stop getting e-mails every time someone posts in a topic that you are "watching" you can go to the top of the topic folder and uncheck the WATCH box.

You can also go to COMMUNITY then to EDIT ACCOUNT and uncheck the appropriate box there to stop all e-mails.

Sometimes on the weekends and during heavy traffic times it takes a longer for the posts to appear on the site. Currently it appears that the e-mail notification processes before the posts arrive on the site.  You have the option to turn off e-mail notifications in your profile and just read posts that are live within the site as you check in.
