I want to lose about 30 pounds. I weigh about 152 right now, and it goes up and down by a few pounds. I have a 3-year old son, and before I got pregnant I was 120 pounds (i'm short...5'1"), and at that time i thought i could lose a little weight, now I wish I was that weight again, but I gained 50 pounds during my pregnancy and I know it has been going on 4 years now since I had my son, but I can't seem to lose the weight. I know I don't exercise nearly enough because I'll exercise for about a week and feel like i'm not getting any results or that I'm not going to be able to do it, so i stop...does anyone have any ways of keeping up with the exercising and not getting off track?

When your beginning excercises just start off little by little then start doing it more often. You won't get results that fast but if you keep doing it then you'll see big results plus watermelons and green tea are good for you because watermelon boosts your metabolism.
Hello AngielovesRonnie. If anyone has read any of my recent posts then I will sound like a broken record. I had trouble losing weight after my daughter was born {many years ago, I'm old now lol}. I have always been allergic to exercise...I break out in screams lol I always found it very difficult to stick to an exercise routine especially on my own and became bored with it pretty quickly. These days though there is a game system called WII and the games require you to participate physically when playing. This system now has a WII fit game as well. Lots of people where I work have it { I don't have one but am thinking about it } and also some relatives. My husband's Aunt who just turned 65 has this system and just this past weekend was talking about the fit game and how much fun it is and that it adjusts to each persons needs and targets what needs to be worked on etc. Because it is so much fun, you may find it easier to stick with it, and could invite friends or family over to either do the fit or to just play the games. This way you are being physically active and having fun at the same time. Good luck, take care of you, Deb
