This is my first entry. I started the 17day diet on January 31. I've lost 7 pounds in 5 days which I've never done on any diet in the past. I plan on losing 50 pounds on this diet and for the first time in a few years I think I can do it. I've always been overweight and I have some issues with my knees. I'd like to lose the weight to help minimize my problems. I'm a couple years shut of 50, so I'd like to get my weight under control by that time. I had lost weight a few years back, but then my father's health started failing and with it went my ability to stay on track. This is the first diet that has given me hope to be able to do it!!!!! Good Luck 50togo!
I'm now at day 9 of Cycle 1. I haven't lost much more just 1/2 a pound but I had my monthly friend so I'm hoping that is the reason. At least I have not gained. I have been sticking to the diet and drinking alot of liquid to the point I feel like I'm going to float away. Must admit usually don't drink near enough water. I'm usually drinking alot of coffee which I've cut back on since I've already drank the Green tea. Hopefully things will pick up.
