17 day diet-day3

Ok, I'm starting day 3. Day 2 could have been better. It snowed here for 2 days, so my girls were out of school. Yesterday I took one of my daughters to get a coat, and I also went to Whole Foods. Well because of when I left and when I got back, I missed my 2nd serving of fruit. Also, I have been having a yogurt problem, not being able to find the right kind, for one. Then the other night, I had the plain yogurt with the mixed in jam and it was nasty. That's why I went to Whole Foods, to try to find some yogurt. It was suggested to try Fage Greek yogurt so I got some. Again, I thought it was nasty. I just can't eat it or stomach it. After trying, my belly was killing me. As I wrote on the message boards, I shouldn't be stressed about yogurt. Today I am going to my regular grocery store to get yogurt. Even if I have to get my usual low-fat yoplait yogurt, that's what I am going to do. I'm not making it an issue anymore. I need to concentrate on losing weight and not on damn yogurt. If I can't eat it, it doesn't matter. I haven't exercised yet. I did get the DVD with my book. Today I am going to start for the first time. I sound angry today, but I don't mean too. Got to go exercise...

I have never been a fan of yogurt either.  I finally found Activia and love it, plus they always offer $1.00 off coupons.  They have several flavors to choose from.  Your other option would be a probiotic cottage cheese, Dean's and Fiber One make one that I am aware of.  Best of luck to you.

Hi, it's day 1 for me and I haven't had my yogurt yet.  I also prefer the flavored kind, but I'm going to try to load mine with fresh fruit and hope for the best!  Good luck to you.  I haven't exercised yet either.

The book say any kind of yogurt so, I wouldn't stress out about eating plain yogurt.  Eat what ever kind tastes good to you.  Finding one with a lower count of sugar is a plus but not required according to the book.   Also, have you tried the yakult?  It is delicious.  A little pricey $3.12 for 5.  Walmart has a brand called Bio Salud that is 88cents for 5.
