I have been struggling for years to lose weight and through the grace of GOD he has helped me go from 183 down to 149 and keep it off for years, but I realized that at 5feet 3in that still is not the recommended weight for my height. I got comfortable at a size 10 and I even lost about 5lbs and my favorite jeans were loose and I said I dont want to loose anymore just maintain. But then I saw a picture of myself and calculated my BMI and I was considered overweight. I realized I can look much better smaller even if it meant I would have to buy newer clothes, thats the only thing I'm not looking forward too. But I rather be healthy and show my family that it is possible to loose weight if you put your mind and time in it.  GOD BLESS
