This is now day 10 and I feel great. I have to remind myself to eat the evening meal which I find surprising as that was always my most trying times.I know it was probably more emotional than hunger so now I work out with the hand weights during those times.I was so afraid that this was going to be another diet I failed at that seeing the difference in just 10 days is all the inspiration that I need.Still trying to convince my husband that vegetables in mass quantities are good for you.
